Yes — 100% of it. Every animal is hand-slaughtered by a Muslim slaughterman under the supervision of a recognised certifying authority, and we never process non-halal meat in our facility. Each box carries a QR code linking to the certificate for that specific batch.

Pick a box, pick a delivery rhythm — every week, every 2 weeks, or every month — and we handle the rest. Your discount is applied automatically to every delivery: 20% weekly, 15% bi-weekly, 10% monthly. You're charged the day before each dispatch, so you always know what's coming.

Any time, from your account, in two clicks. Skip a single delivery, push it back a week, switch to a different box, or cancel outright. There's no contract and no minimum number of deliveries. Changes made up to 24 hours before dispatch apply to the next box.

Everything is vacuum-sealed and packed in an insulated box with food-grade ice packs, which keeps it below 4°C for up to 12 hours. You get a 2-hour delivery window by SMS on the morning of delivery. If you're not home, we'll leave it in a safe place you nominate.

We currently deliver across all major metro areas, with next-day service in the city and 48-hour service to surrounding regions. Enter your postcode at checkout and we'll confirm your delivery days before you pay.

Yes. Each box has a fixed core, but you can swap up to three items per delivery from our full cut list — including quantity changes — right up to 24 hours before dispatch.

Fresh. It's butchered the morning it ships and arrives chilled, never frozen. Most customers freeze what they won't cook in the first few days — everything is portioned and labelled specifically so you can do that.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll refund or replace it, no questions and no need to return anything. That covers quality, damage in transit, and anything that simply wasn't what you expected.
