Is the meat certified halal?

Yes, all of it. Every animal is hand-slaughtered by a Muslim slaughterman, supervised by a recognized certifying authority. We have never processed non-halal meat in our facility. Every box has a QR code that opens the certificate for that exact batch, so you can check it yourself.

How do the subscription plans work?

Pick a box and how often you want it: every week, every 2 weeks, or every month. The discount comes off automatically, 20% weekly, 15% every two weeks, 10% monthly. We charge you the day before each box ships, so nothing is taken in advance.

Question 3

Can I skip, pause or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Any time, from your account. Skip one delivery, push it back a week, switch boxes, or cancel for good. No contract, no minimum, and nobody will call to talk you out of it. Anything you change up to 24 hours before shipping applies to the next box.

How is it delivered and will it stay cold?

Everything is vacuum-sealed and packed in an insulated box with food-grade ice packs, which holds it under 40°F for about 12 hours. You get a 2-hour window by text the morning of delivery. If you are out, we leave it wherever you tell us to.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across all major metro areas, next day in the city and within 48 hours to the surrounding areas. Put your zip code in at checkout and we will show you your delivery days before you pay.

Question 6

Can I change what's in my box?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each box has a fixed core, but you can swap up to three items per delivery from the full cut list, and change quantities too, up to 24 hours before it ships.

Is the meat fresh or frozen?

Accepted Answer

Fresh. We cut it the morning it ships and it arrives cold, never frozen. Most people freeze whatever they will not cook in the first few days, which is why everything comes portioned and labeled.

Question 8

What if I'm not happy with an order?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within 48 hours and we refund or replace it. No questions, no photos, and you do not send anything back. That covers quality, damage on the way, and anything that just was not what you expected.
